Wishlist..

Now not an actual wish list where girls pray on wealthy men for gifts they can’t afford themselves but an actual plan of action of what I would like and need in my life at the moment :-) These will get gradually ticked off as the year progress’ (hopefully). Not trying to sound materialist, Im working hard for the things I love in life <3

most expensive being a new brum brum, I need some bigger wheels:

Miniature dachshund doggy, I have wanted one for so long… now my beloved Spud is gone, even tho he can never ever ever be replaced, still that hole in my heart that needs some puppy love <3

I love love this style Mulberry, my last one suffered a rather upsetting accident and had to bin my beloved mully!! So need to re invest in my have bag again!!! And maybe a couple more ;-)

I love Barbour, and certainly investing in one is a must!! I already have one but this baby just has to be purchased, especially if you are a country girl like me ;-)

I loveeeeeee the Louby Daffodil range.. bout time I used my plastic and treated myself to some awesome shoesies!!

And these by Chloe Green <3

As my gorge friend Lo models. Gold framed Ray Ban Aviators, I lost mine last summer and will definitely be my purchase at the airport when I trip off to the villa in turkey :-)

And my biggest goal for end of next summer:

The perfect love nest <3

Overly Simple..

For the past 2months I have been working on helping people lose weight. Now I have always been a skinny minny all my life, as I am sure you will of heard my declare before on past posts but I always willing to share my secrets :-)

Being a fitness/nutrition freak I follow and read all sorts of theories, tips and fads. And everyone more or less says different things, this can become very confusing and frustrating wondering which method or “expert” to follow. Myself, found it frustrating wondering which method works most. I have experienced many fads most of which don’t work or only have that “temporary” feeling attached to it. There are NO quick fixes to losing weight, BUT there are added boosters.

I currently advise clients to use a booster such as the Juice Plus+ Meal Replacement Shakes and then teamed with a nutrition and exercise plan we focus on how to eat properly and exercise right. Not focusing on using the shakes soley to lose weight. Clients are encouraged to stick to the food program to help them detox before their shakes arrive already demonstrating that eating right and exercising helps them start to lose weight.

Keeping it simple is key!! I don’t over load my clients with too much info and specific things to stick to.

So simple rules to a healthier leaner you:

*Exercise (top rule)
*2L of water every day
*80/20 Rule (80% greens 20% meat) Also 80/20 rule can be used to eat 80% healthy 20%    treat. I implement the 80/20 in meals so 80% salad 20% fish
*If its not grown from the ground its not going to help you. TRUE fact.
*Herb teas are amazing and detox the body
*8hrs sleep, no more no less.
*Natural supplements your body loses through work outs need replacing. Stock up on Zinc and Magnesium.
*Stay away from Alcohol (we all know this)
*Stay off the sugar (we all know this too)
*Small carbs ARE OK. Implement the 80/20 rule with this. Have a very small amount such as brown rice and potato
*Never microwave your food, it kills the nutrients by 90% then its no good!!
*Know the difference between Emotional hunger and Actual hunger. BIG DIFFERENCE

Pretty simple really. Common sense is key.

Birthdays, Made In Chelsea & Bank Holiday Madness!!

Thursday 5th of May 1999 my amazing little brother was born into the world, 22 years on I still remember him the little chubbster I used to bully the eff out of!! But hey I hear you I was horrible.. but if we didn’t get the sibling fighting out of the way when we was kids things could be different now. I could definitely not live without him!! Even tho he can be a pain in the bum, hardly listen to my advice and treats me like a dick at times he is my world and would never replace him!! Happy Birthday Rick <3

So we partied in style..ish. Eivissa at Sakura perfect for a few bevies on what is THE biggest thursday night in Manchester by far. Me being the sober one drove so the lads could have a few!! Being sober you see many sights you wouldn’t normally see!! But the countless amount of people thinking there are better than you is ridiculous, I was amazed!! And the amount of rude black men was just disgusting, literally shoving you out the way because they think if you are in their path of movement you don’t deserve to be there!! Shame as the night over all is amazing just those arrogant, rude sorts of people ruin it!!

But needless to say me and my friends had a blast and left the boys to it ;-)

Its was also my friends birthday too Happy Birthday Rachael :-)

Sunday we ventured to Carlitos in Clitheroe to hit up the Made In Chelsea Party hosted by Ollie Locke, which is the NICEST reality star I have ever met!! Very polite and talkative person. He loved our girls so much he wanted to come sit at our table but got told off every time he tried ;-)
