Yes unbelievably its nearly a year since my best friend was laid to rest. We are not talking a friend of a human form, a fury form.

We all think starving ourselves will make it the next size 6. Wrong!!! It MAY work on a very small and quick temporary basis but in the end it will only do more harm than good.

Starving our bodies sends messages, confusing messages that we are not getting any food. The food we DO get will automatically be stored, stored as FAT. Yes thats right. FAT!

Starvation mode isn’t good for our bodies. We not only store fat to keep us going as those confusing messages are tellings us STORE FOR A RAINY DAY, practically. Then unfortunately our valuable metabolism system slows rightttttt down!! Keeping the metabolism rate up is important when wanting to slim down and lose those pounds. Our metabolism helps burn that we consume. Which is important.
SO how do we keep it up?
T5’s don’t work, you might as well take speed if your going to take that shit as its basically what it is!!
Herbal teas, such as green tea, lemon and ginger tea also cinnamon tea help keep up or met rates.
Drinking 2L of water daily
Also eating 6 small meals a day can help keep up our rate. Might feel like you are eating loads but intact this helps more than you think!!
I usually have:
Breakfast: Juice Plus+ Complete Shake.
1030am Snack: Tin of Tuna
Lunch: Chicken/Fish Salad or Soup
2:30/3pm Snack: Two Rice cakes and a piece of fruit
Dinner: Meat with vegetables
630/730 Snack: Veg Sticks & Humus/Shake/handful of nuts & berries
Pretty simple. I lost 4lbs in 7days just by doing this.

Pre plan your meals and make it the night before so your ready even if your on the go!!!
